Introduction
In the GCC, which includes Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, foreign nationals must pass the GAMCA medical examination in order to reside, work, or study. The examination, which is administered at facilities approved by the GAMCA, verifies that applicants fulfil health requirements to ward off illnesses. Applicants can simply schedule their GAMCA medical appointment and verify their findings on the GAMCA medical website. what to do if you receive a GAMCA medical unfit report?
If a GAMCA medical unfit report is issued, it highlights health conditions that require treatment before reapplying. Applicants can use the GAMCA medical appointment cancellation option to cancel an existing appointment and rebook a new test. After completing treatment and the waiting period, a re-examination can result in a favorable GAMCA medical report, certifying the applicant as fit and clearing the way for visa approval to GCC countries.
How to overcome the setback of Gamca medical Unfit
Unfit Report: If you receive an unfit report, it indicates that you are able to meet the GCC medical needs for your visa because of health issues or communicable diseases. Don’t worry, though; there are still things you can do to make things right and reapply for the visa later. Three months are required before you may take the medical exam. During this time, you can treat the health issues identified in the test.
The first step is checking if the medical unfit report was officially uploaded on the website of Gamca. Please be patient if it has. . There is a Three-month waiting time before you can retake the medical examination; however there is no specified validity period for the GAMCA Medical Unfit Report itself
- How to Check GAMCA Report Online: Visit the Our website or the official Walid online portal to check your test results. Results will be available on these official platforms.
- How to Respond to an Unsuitable Report: Identify the Report: Find out which particular health conditions caused the result.
- Consult a physician: Consult a medical professional to find know if medication or alternative therapies can address the problems.
- Treatment Options: Explore and undergo the necessary treatment for the health condition.
- Slip Cancellation and Rebook: GAMCA medical appointment cancellation allows applicants to cancel their current medical slip if errors, such as incorrect personal details, are found or if they cannot attend the appointment for personal reasons. Through the GAMCA system or official website, individuals can easily cancel and rebook their medical appointment. The rebooking process involves selecting a new date and location for the exam, after which a new slip will be issued, ensuring a smooth rescheduling process.
- Re-examination: Once you’ve completed treatment and your health improves, schedule another GAMCA medical test.
Visitors going into the GCC nations—Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman—must submit to the GAMCA medical exam. To make sure applicants fulfil the necessary requirements for health, the test involves blood tests, X-rays, and an entire medical examination. You should not be alarmed if a GAMCA medical examination deems an applicant unfit. An unfit report identifies specific health issues that must be addressed. After a mandatory two-month waiting period, candidates can seek treatment, consult a doctor, and retake the test. Applicants can schedule a GAMCA medical appointment via the GAMCA medical website. By resolving health concerns and reapplying, individuals can improve their health and secure a favorable outcome in their GAMCA medical unfit report re-assessment.

Pleural thickening is considered as a symptom of TB. If your medical status is already updated on the site, you will need to wait for 3 months before reapplying. If it is not yet updated, you can cancel the appointment slip and take another medical. Make sure to clear the medical issues before going for the next test.

I was exposed to syphilis. My VDRL is non reactive while my TPHA is still active. Am I eligible to pass the GAMCA test?
Based on your report, since TPHA is still active, you are considered medically unfit for GAMCA clearance, even though VDRL is non-reactive.

Hi sir saudi arabia unfit reason bilirubin but 30 deays treatment now iam still fit
My HBA1C was 9.6 for 3months and i got medical unfitness from QMC and visa got rejected by MOI Qatar.
1. Advice can i reappeal to GHCC or MOPH for reassessment?
2. How much should be the average count of HBA1C for qualifying for positive result.
3. After how many days i need to give the medical test.?
4. Is there any gamca or QMC in Dubai as i stay and work in UAE.
For Qatar visa medical, your HbA1c must be below 5 to qualify for a positive result. You can reapply only after completing the 3-month unfit validity period, and make sure your HbA1c is brought under 5 before attending the next medical.
Reappeal options like GHCC or MOPH usually do not change the decision once the case is marked unfit.
You must do the GAMCA/QMC visa medical only from your home country. There is no GAMCA or QMC center in Dubai for visa medicals.
Make sure your sugar levels are well-controlled before redoing the test.

Hi sir,
I would like to inform you that My wife was declared medically fit in India. However, during the medical examination conducted in Kuwait, She was declared unfit due to latent TB, and accordingly, her status has been updated in the system.
At present, the record shows a visa block, and she was unable to enter Kuwait even on a visit visa. I kindly request your guidance on the following points:
How long is this medical block valid in the system?
Is there any legal process or appeal procedure to review or remove this status?
Is it possible to apply for a new visa in the future, and if so, what are the required steps?
I would highly appreciate your support and advice on how to proceed further in this matter.
Please note that if a candidate fails the Kuwait visa medical examination more than once and the result is uploaded to the WAFID system, the candidate will be permanently banned from Kuwait for work visa and job visa purposes.
Once this status is updated in the system, there is no legal appeal or review process to remove the medical block for Kuwait employment visas.
However, the candidate may apply for work visas to other countries, except Kuwait.
