Cancellation Policy

 A GAMCA medical appointment slip remains valid for 30 days, allowing you to complete your medical examination at any time within this period. However, a new appointment slip cannot be generated during these 30 days. In certain situations, you may need to cancel your appointment before proceeding with the medical examination required for work or family visa applications.

Refund Policy

Once you have successfully booked your appointment and received the GCC Slip, please note that the fee paid is generally non-refundable. This means that after the GCC Slip is generated, you cannot claim a refund under normal circumstances. However, applicants are provided with the option to cancel the slip if they are unable to attend the medical test after booking their GAMCA Medical Appointment.

If you fill in your details and make a payment for booking a GAMCA medical appointment, you are eligible for a refund only if the mistake is from our side — for example, any technical or processing error before the slip is generated.
However, if you request a refund because you already have an unexpired GAMCA slip, please note that this is not considered our mistake, and in such cases, the payment cannot be refunded. Kindly ensure your existing slip validity before making a new payment.

Once you have submitted your details and completed the payment for your GAMCA medical appointment, please allow a minimum of 12 hours for the appointment to be processed and confirmed.
Booking another appointment within this period will be considered a duplicate booking, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

When it comes to cancellations, there are specific rules and charges that apply. If you cancel your appointment within the given timeframe, a cancellation charge amounting to one-third of the total fee will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded to your account. This refund process typically takes 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
