Pay the necessary amount online. Based on your location, the system will automatically pair you with a medical center that has been approved by GAMCA. •       Fit: You are qualified to move forward with the visa application procedure since you fulfill all health requirements.
  •       Unfit: It is determined that you have a medical condition that disqualifies you (e.g., TB, hepatitis B/C, HIV).

  •  Cancel the current appointment if the unfit report is not uploaded on official website and take new medical only after taking medical expert’s advice
  • If your unfit status uploaded on website, the status reminds for 3 and above months.  If the medical condition is treatable, take care of it and reapply six months later.
  • Don’t forget to consult a Gamca medical Professional before Kuwait medical.

There haven’t been many fits from other GCC nations since last year.  Unfitness is reported to have a variety of causes, including problems with X-rays.  When they travel abroad for medical treatment, people with these problems occasionally get better. Thus, you can see why Kuwait Medical is more stringent than other medical facilities.  You will also receive the Kuwait Medical Fighter Port if you follow extremely specific instructions.  For additional advice, speak with a member of our medical staff.

 Final thought

  1. Oraekwute Christian ebuka

Good afternoon please I went to x-ray first time and I repeat x-ray 2nd time and I was referred to ultrasound and my result say’s no significant plural fluid collection/ effusion could be detected on either side

    1. If your X-ray shows scarring, opacities, or any changes related to old tuberculosis or other lung conditions, even if your ultrasound is normal, the case is usually marked “Unfit” according to GCC health guidelines.

  2. Good afternoon. Please I did medical in my country in the hospital we were referred to go by Kuwait and I came out fit. Reaching Kuwait I went for medical and the result came out unfit, the reason is that I have tuberculosis, but I’ve treated this already, and the last result from one of their hospitals said I’m fine ,that I no longer have tuberculosis yet they insist I should go back to my country ,what should I do ?

    1. Active or past tuberculosis (TB) is considered a strong reason for being declared unfit to travel to GCC countries, especially Kuwait, which follows strict medical guidelines.
Even if your recent reports show that you are cured, post-TB marks or scarring on the X-ray can still lead to an unfit result under their medical rules.
In this case, it’s advisable to return to your home country Afterward, you may consider applying to another country with more flexible medical criteria.
Unfortunately, Kuwait’s GAMCA system is very strict regarding any signs of TB history.

  3. Hello, my wife came on a family visa , her result was positive for hepatitis B so she got the unfit result and they deported her . She did the treatment and did the test in an affiliated centre , her result is fit. The visa expired on 1st October . Can I still get a second appointment ? Do I need to apply for the visa again ? If I have to wait for a period please let me know for how long . Also since they did the fingerprints before deportation , is it a problem ?

    1. First, you need to check whether the “Unfit” status has been uploaded online by the GAMCA medical center.
If the unfit status is already updated in the system, you will need to wait for 3 months, as the unfit record remains active on the website for that period.
If it has not been uploaded, you may book another GAMCA medical appointment and undergo the test again.
Please note that results from local or private laboratories may not match or be accepted in place of the official GAMCA medical test results.
